Just had another thought check that the temp sender is wired correctly as this can cause the fan to stay on.
You need to make the union on the caliper earth out, you could try a centre punch on the edge of the copper washer and caliper to see if the works. Continue reading Email #16

The connecter is for a 12v socket if you want it fitted between the seats; there is one also under the dash.
The repeater is an earth issue check the brake line fitting as the light earths through this.
