You need to make the union on the caliper earth out, you could try a centre punch on the edge of the copper washer and caliper to see if the works. Continue reading Email #16

Hello John,
The connecter is for a 12v socket if you want it fitted between the seats; there is one also under the dash.
The repeater is an earth issue check the brake line fitting as the light earths through this.
